Online Therapy UK: Services & Fees
Tailored care online & in London
Exploring new territories of the mind, body and identity
Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all formula.
Whether you are navigating major life transitions, breaking through mental plateaus in your physical training, or working through deeper emotional patterns, my integrative interventions adapt to your unique rhythm.
Working with me means embarking on a journey of both self-reflection and actionable steps. My approach helps uncover the root causes of one’s struggles while simultaneously addressing the symptoms that impact daily life.
Through this balance of insight and action, I provide mental health support and work with clients to achieve meaningful, lasting change.
Identity in Motion
Expat Life & Life Transitions
When your external world changes dramatically - whether through moving abroad, a career pivot, a relationship change, or stepping into a new phase of life - your internal sense of self can feel disoriented. Identity in Motion helps you navigate major life transitions, release outdated roles, rebuild confidence, and establish a grounded identity during periods of change.
Move to Grow
Sport and Exercise Psychology
Designed for athletes, CrossFitters, and movers, this service bridges the gap between physical training and emotional regulation. Understand the psychological side of physical performance and body image, and learn to manage anxiety, break free from ego-driven burnout, and build a healthy, sustainable relationship with training.
General Practice
Emotional & Psychological Concerns
I provide evidence-based, structured, compassionate, therapy for adults and teenagers dealing with anxiety (panic attacks, social anxiety, overthinking), low mood and depression, loss of motivation, burnout, trauma and distressing experiences, deep rooted patterns, self esteem, stress and emotional regulation.
Trauma & EMDR
Sport and Exercise Psychology
Some experiences stay with us long after they’re over: a memory that still triggers panic, intrusive images, or a moment you keep reliving. EMDR is an evidence-based therapy recommended by NICE for PTSD. It helps your brain process these experiences so they lose their emotional charge and feel like part of the past.
